The Windham Youth Soccer Association is run by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers in the community. In-house and travel programs run year-round and the Board often meets on a monthly basis to discuss any areas of importance. Some of the areas covered include facilities, scheduling, financial reporting and program improvements. Other Board projects include Spring Clean-Up Day, Equipment Swap Day, and Photo Day.

Officer positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Registrar, Director of Risk Management, and Director of Coaching. Other leadership roles include Travel Director, In-House Director, Sponsorship Coordinator, and Public Information Officer. In addition to these positions, we also have general board member spots available.
