WINDHAM TRAVEL

Windham Youth Soccer Association’s Travel program is for players who are interested in participating in a more competitive environment than our recreational program offers.  Our travel program participates in Soccer Maine’s Fall Classic League playing teams from all over Maine.  Generally, our younger teams have less travel and play teams that are in communities around Windham.

Teams begin practices in early August with league play starting on Sunday, August 30th.  Our season includes two practices per week for most of the season, 6 league games, additional friendly games, 2 tournaments and festivals or playoffs at the end of the season.  It is open for boys and girls with age divisions from U9 to U14.

Teams are selected based on evaluations held in mid to late May.  Our program goal is to have a playing opportunity for all interested players, and we frequently have more than one team in an age group. Evaluation dates will be announced here on our website.
